Let me start off by saying thank you so much for shooting with me. You guys are awesome~ ♥

I'm not really sure how I should or how I'm supposed to write this up, so I'll format it in a way that is directed towards potential future models. I hope that's okay.

I shot with Pixel Studios at Anime Boston 2011. I definitely recommend them for photoshoots!

Pre-photoshoot: Emails/questions/etc were answered in a timely manner. The meeting spot was determined by email a day or two before the con. I had already left for the con by then, so I got the location texted to me.

During the photoshoot: Both nerdraeg and raepface were super friendly and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable during the shoot. They helped direct and pose me, which I appreciated since I tend to have difficulty doing it myself. At the end of the shoot, they asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted in/out of the pictures, which I thought was very thoughtful of them.

Post photoshoot: I absolutely love how the pictures turned out! I'm super happy with the post production work too. <3

I loved working with Pixel Studios! Having never done a photoshoot like this before, I didn't really know how it all worked, but they made it easy for me to understand. They always contacted me in a timely fashion, and when we met in person, they were very friendly! I'm glad to say that I would definitely work with them again. I would also recommend them to all of my cosplay buddies. :3

I absolutely loved working with these guys. They're awesome, friendly, and easy to work with. Despite never having met them before, I felt at ease as soon as we started shooting. When I e-mailed them questions about the shoot beforehand, they answered in a timely manner and when I texted them at the con about where to meet them, they also answered quickly. I worked with them at Anime Boston 2011 and I'd love to do it again. The photos came out wonderfully.

These people = love

The photoshoot was an amazing experience for me, they were both professional and friendly and fun, but it was perfectly balanced and I felt at ease with them, as if they were friends I've known for a long time (like the entire time, if someone was too pro and like 'srsface' the whole time, the only thing I would be thinking is, 'o.o do my thighs look huge?' or if someone was all fun, I don't think I would be able to do anything x3 -- But these peoples were a perfect balance, they are photography harmony)
And the pictures came out AMAZING. Pure love, man. And my sister is an ex-professional model (school got in the way ;A; y u so smart, sissy?) but anyways, so I know what a picture taken and edited by some dude/lady who's been in the business for like 20+ years looks like. Oh, and let me say, even my sister was impressed with the quality of the photos taken by these two lovely ladies. I mean, the quality is so amazingly awesome, I don't know how to sum it up in words. Do tears of pure joy and love, count? I sure hope so.

All in all, if given the chance to shoot with them again, I would do so gladly, and I would recommend them to my friends :D

(Of course I forget to leave feedback until months later. Scatterbrain, I swear. Better late than never!)

Besides being awesome people (and good friends), I had a great first experience with Pixel Studios in April. I shot with them for Anime Boston 2011, and they were wonderful. Our shooting conditions were less than favorable, but ultimately everything worked out for the best in the end. I also got my make-up done by Pixel Studios, which (at the time) I had no hope of doing. (At least, doing justice to my character.) They talked through what they were doing, answered any and every question with ease and are lovely ladies. They even edited my photos down to the very last detail (that I hadn't even requested). The skill is phenomenal and worth every minute of your (and their) time.

Also, in the process of setting up the shoot, e-mails were responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pixel Studios and I already am planning on working with them in the future!

Absolutely wonderful to work with and I would recommend Pixel Studios to anyone who is looking to receive quality photos. Pixel Studios is an absolute pleasure to work with as they are extremely kind, professional, and always open/have crazy new ideas for stellar photos. My experience with working with them has been very positive and the photos they produce are of amazing quality. Go book a photoshoot with them, you will have no regrets.
